Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, and interview processes and implement the same.
- Ensure all recruitment metrics are met.
- Create/define dashboards/metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders.
- To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost-effective.
- To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent.
- To have an in-depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates.
- To conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out offers etc. (end-to-end recruitment activity).
- Work on recruitment-related projects.

Oversee HR Operations tasks including but not limited to:
- Managing employee records and HR databases.
- Handling employee queries and grievances.
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Demonstrate creativity with respect to sourcing candidates, maintaining data, and marketing the brand, etc.
- Experience of handling multiple positions.
